Jessica Cannon was born in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn in 1979 and grew up on Long Island. Solo exhibitions include Eternal Geometries at GAVLAK (Palm Beach, FL), Veils at Polina Berlin Gallery (New York, NY), and The Spiral Path at Winston's (Los Angeles, CA). Recent group exhibitions include I Look to the Moon Like a Fellow Traveler at LAMB Gallery (London, UK), Fresh Nature at Kutlesa Gallery (Goldau, Switzerland), Double Up at My Pet Ram (Santa Barbara, CA), and Master Class: Color at The Manes Center for Contemporary Art (Roslyn, NY).
Jessica is a past recipient of The Brooklyn Arts Council’s Community Arts Fund Grant and resident at Jentel Foundation in Banner, WY, and at RAiR's Historic Studios in Roswell, NM. Select press and publications include: The New York Times, WWD, Elle Decor, The Denver Post, Grazia India, Flaunt Magazine, and New American Paintings.
She received a BA in Psychology and English from Tufts University and an MFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. Jessica is represented by GAVLAK Gallery.

FAR x WIDE
-Founded in 2017 and operated as a solo project through October 2022, Far x Wide presented thematic selections of artwork online and in pop-up spaces to benefit charitable organizations working for social and environmental justice
